Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the ZPTM project, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to the executive team.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.

• Lead risk management activities, including identifying and mitigating financial risks.

• Foster relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.

• Prepare the finance division for future ZPTM projects and other global initiatives of JT7Group.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Financial Director or similar executive role in large-scale projects.

• In-depth understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in financial management software and IT systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
