HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

About the Role

Are you ready to shape the human capital strategy of one of the most ambitious projects in the world? We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to join our elite team at JT7Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the human resource function for the ZPTM project, a groundbreaking initiative set to redefine excellence in sports and entertainment complexes globally. Beyond the ZPTM project, you will play a crucial role in developing JT7Group’s human resource strategies and infrastructure to support our global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations of the ZPTM project, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with JT7Group's core values.

  • Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide coaching and mentoring to staff.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and strategic planning.

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

  • Prepare the HR division for future ZPTM projects and other global initiatives of JT7Group.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Director or similar executive role in large-scale projects.

  • In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make effective decisions.

  • Proficiency in HR management software and IT systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
