Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal operations of the ZPTM project, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive team and other stakeholders.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.

• Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.

• Prepare the legal division for future ZPTM projects and other global initiatives of JT7Group.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Legal Director or similar executive role in large-scale projects.

• In-depth understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.

• Proficiency in legal research and legal management software.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
