Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of programs, offerings, and services for the ZPTM project.

• Ensure all programs and services align with the commercial plan and contribute to revenue generation.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and customer needs.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure program integration and coherence.

• Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve strategic goals.

• Lead the creation and implementation of new programs and services.

• Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.

• Prepare the program division for future ZPTM projects and other global initiatives of JT7Group.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Director or similar executive role in large-scale projects.

• In-depth understanding of program development, management principles, and market analysis.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop effective programs.

• Proficiency in program management software and IT systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
